Former CIO Dale Matthews Brings Over 20 Years of Expertise

Dale brings over 20 years of successful leadership experience in both the public and private sector, including Fortune 50 companies. He served as Chief Information Officer for the State of Delaware Judiciary, managing organizational changes and overseeing the development and mentorship of the staff. In addition to his leadership role as a CIO, Dale is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and has overseen operations and project management for the University of the District of Columbia and as Director of Operations for Laureate Online Education.
His unique combination of professional experience and exposure to different organizations and industries allows him to skillfully architect, negotiate, and implement meaningful solutions for a wide range of corporate cultures and industries.
