Guiding executives in both public and private sectors through their toughest problems
We love the challenge of what we do and our clients recognize that passion. Leverage decades of experience in the highest levels of business and bring it to our clients with the same enthusiasm and dedication we bring to our own projects. Guide our clients through their toughest problems so they come out on the other side with an actionable plan for measurable success leading to advancement, operational improvements, or business growth.
Building a team of high-achievers
Tony Gruebl founded Think in 2004 and later added partners Bryan Wolbert, Ed Hale, Jeff Welch, and Dan Küffer. Today, Tony, Bryan, Jeff, and Dan lead the business with the help of Ed, who remains Think’s advisor and board member. Think serves a broad client base in industries including financial services, education, manufacturing and distribution, software development, legal and regulatory, business intelligence, and insurance, among others. Think maintains offices in Baltimore, Maryland and Boca Raton, Florida.
