BALTIMORE, MD- June 24, 2021- Think Systems Inc., a privately owned technology and operations advisory firm that focuses on small and mid-market companies needing help with organizational solutions and strategic hiring, announced today that Bryan Wolbert, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, celebrates 10-years of leadership with Think 

“It’s hard to believe that it’s been 10-years, time flies when you’re building something great together” said Tony Gruebl, Think’s President and CEO. “Bryan has played an integral role in growth and strategic direction of Think, we wouldn’t be where we are today without his steadfast leadership and ability to explore new markets.” 

Bryan has over 20 years of experience leading technology and operations organizations, technology projects, performing full life-cycle business analysis, evaluating and reengineering business processes, and managing teams spanning multiple technologies and industries. Bryan is also a Lieutenant and 25-year veteran of the volunteer fire department in Baltimore County.

In his tenure, Bryan created the Strategic Hiring division of Think, transforming the recruiting and hiring process by shaping strategic roles and evolving the way candidates are vetted to ensure only the most qualified are presented to clients. While growing the strategic hiring division, he recruited and managed an exceptional team of recruiters and business development professionals who aided in growing the division from $2.8M to $7.3M in just under three years.

Bryan recently established Think’s Government Services Division. Think’s U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) five-year multiple award schedule is one of Bryan’s latest accomplishments. This award positions Think to continue providing federal partners support in the areas of Management and Financial Consulting, Acquisition and Grants Management Support, and Business Program and Project Management Services. Think can now deliver services directly to the Government as a prime contractor and will help expand reach into agencies who can benefit from a strategic partnership with Think.
