When you’re looking to hire the best PM you need to understand thing about that person and there approach to work like, what is their approach to controlling a project, how did they approach risk management when they’re running a project. How do they decide what’s the right level of process to execute that project that would be most effective. Hiring PM’s it’s not an easy thing many people think that hiring pm starts with a certification like the PMP. For us that’s not a great indicator of what makes a great PM. There’s a hard time hiring a great project manager and it’s not that easy so if you’re interested to talk more about it I’d love to.
