Hi, I’m Vince Lozzi I’m a senior Account Executive here at Think Systems Inc. My position is new business development and the great thing here at Think Si I’m already working with the team that’s established in the industry in Baltimore and that we can share ideas, thoughts and strategies on how we can provide the best resources to the industry. I’ve been in staffing for 20-plus years and it seems that the industry has gotten commoditized where Thinks approach is more of quality than quantity and their processes to qualified candidates are very in-depth and detailed. Knowing that when we send contractors to our clients they’re going too be of the highest quality. Our approach is a little different it’s not such a salesy approach it’s more of a technical approach o understand your environment, the needs that you’re asking for the technology and then be able to effectively qualify and recruit those resources that will be successful in your culture.
