BALTIMORE, MD, March 25, 2022 – Think Systems Inc., a privately-owned national management consulting firm that provides both private and public entities with organizational solutions and strategic hiring, is pleased to announce that The Daily Record has named Virna Elly, Director of Client Services for Think Systems, Inc. to its 2022 listing of Maryland’s Top 100 Women.

“We are thrilled Virna has been named to Maryland’s Top 100 Women list,” said Joe Poling, Think’s President of Commercial Services. “We appreciate The Daily Record recognizing Virna and other leading women in the Baltimore region who have a positive impact in business and the broader society. Virna has not only distinguished herself as an outstanding leader, but as someone who has given a voice to thousands of kidney transplant patients across the country.”

Elly brings more than 20 years of leadership and consulting experience to Think. As Director of Client Services, she is responsible for leading Think’s team of consultants to help solve complex business issues. She is a healthcare IT focused leader with proven success managing application, system, and process transformation and modernization.

“It is an honor to be named among such a talented group of women,” said Elly. “In 2005 I received a kidney-pancreas transplant. This recognition serves as an example of how you can leverage something viewed negatively, like kidney failure, to offer more and not less.”

In 2021, Elly earned her Master of Science in Government Analytics from The Johns Hopkins University. She is a subject matter expert in End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) which she uses to champion patient engagement and patient advocacy. She is a current member of ESRD Network 5.
