Think Systems Promotes Four Senior Executives as it Lays the Foundation for Future Growth

BALTIMORE, MD- September 21, 2021– Think Systems Inc., a privately owned technology and operations advisory firm that focuses on mid-market companies that need help with operational and technology solutions and strategic hiring, announced today it has promoted four senior executives as it lays the foundation for future growth.
The executives who have been promoted are Bryan Wolbert, promoted to President of Government Services; Joe Poling, promoted to President of Commercial Services; Dan Küffer, promoted to Senior Vice President of Shared Services; and Jeff Welch, promoted to Senior Vice President of Strategy.

Over the past four years, Think has grown its customer sales base by 360 percent and aims to quadruple in size by 2025, Gruebl said. It is also planning to continue to develop its state and federal consulting business, which has already seen significant growth over the past 3 years, on a national level under Bryan Wolberts’ leadership. Think has transformed into a resilient organization with increased agility, flexibility, and with the recent organizational restructure, a more responsive organization with cross-functional knowledge.
