BALTIMORE, MD, August 17, 2022- Think Systems Inc., a management consulting firm providing post-merger integration services, technology and operational transformation, and enterprise PMO support and services, announced today that it has made the Inc. 5000 list of fastest growing private companies in America for the second consecutive year.
Think ranked 2,457 on the Inc. 5000 this year despite a weakening economy and the continued drag of Covid-19.

Over the past three years Think has grown at an average rate of 35 percent, while total employees grew 43 percent from July 2021 to July 2022. The company has expanded its operations opening an office in Bocca Raton, FL., in 2020. Despite the pandemic Think acquired Ventrue, LLC, in September 2020, a consulting and shared services practice supporting venture and PE portfolio companies, acquiring key shareholders and executives.
The companies on the Inc. 5000 list are not only success stories, but have demonstrated resilience amid supply chain woes, labor shortages, and the ongoing impact of COVID-19. Among the top 500, the average media three-year revenue growth rate soared 2,144%. Together, those companies have added to the U.S. labor force more than 68,394 jobs over the past three years.

Methodology
Companies on the 2022 Inc. 5000 are ranked according to percentage revenue growth from 2018 to 2021. To qualify, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by March 31, 2018. They must be U.S.-based, privately held, for-profit, and independent – not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies – as of December 31, 2021. (Since then, some on the list may have gone public or been acquired.) The minimum revenue required for 2018 is $100,000; the minimum for 2021 is $2 million. Inc. reserves the right to decline applicants for subjective reasons. Growth rates used to determine company rankings were calculated to four decimal places.
