Think Systems Announces Promotions and New Hire Amid Robust Growth

BALTIMORE, MD, January 27, 2022 – Think Systems Inc., a privately-owned national management consulting firm that provides both private and public entities with organizational solutions and strategic hiring, announced today the promotion of two key leaders, Rick Thomas and Virna Elly, and the hiring of Jose Roig as Directors of Client Services of the management consulting division.
The appointments come at a critical time as Think continues a rapid growth pace and seizes opportunities to expand in business sectors that include state and federal government.

Before being named Director of Client Services, Thomas was Executive Program Manager with Think for almost a year and a half. His extensive experience and critical thinking allow him to execute key initiatives for Think’s clients in the broadcast, energy, education, retail, workplace safety, and insurance industries.
Elly joined Think in March 2020 and was promoted from Senior Management Consultant to Director of Client Services. With more than 20 years of leadership and consulting experience solving complex business issues, Elly will focus on areas that include organizational change and building high-performance cultures.
Roig joined Think as Director of Client Services on January 1, 2022, after leaving Baltimore Medical System as Director of Technology. He has broad expertise in operational leadership and process improvement. He is also an experienced project manager and has led cross-functional teams in system selection, implementation, and maintenance for multiple business lines.
