Book #2 is on its way!
We just finished chapter 6 in the new book and what’s really cool about this chapter is it’s the bridge from personal performance and effectiveness to organizational performance and effectiveness. The way that bridge gets tied together is through this idea of strategic alignment. Now PMI is really just starting to talk very deeply about strategic alignment of projects and organizations, but we’re finding is that strategic alignment builds the currency for project managers to allow them to start to build what we think of as bare-knuckle organizations.
