So the other exciting initiatives that I have just come off the back of is identifying across a organization a series of projects that are ongoing in that technology space or are being planned and identifying where there’s redundancy and  combining a number of projects and we’re now in a position where we have identified that there are 20 projects that are atop priority and we’re aligning those to their strategic goal and bringing in a project manager to manage each of those projects through to completion so the organization is able to see what the projects are, what the level of effort associated with each is and how it supports the strategic goal.
