Steve Wooten

Steve’s staffing career started in college when he was selected as the only intern to support the #1 office in the US for the largest privately held staffing firm and hasn’t looked back since. 20+ years later, Steve has built his personal brand by partnering with executives, directors, and hiring managers across many industries, including IT, Healthcare, HR, and the GovCon space, consistently delivering talent solutions in challenging labor markets. Steve has led transformational growth and delivery strategies during his career while placing thousands of candidates for clients. As a win-win strategist, Steve is known as a trusted partner to his clients and many still keep in touch at a personal or professional level.

Steve was born in DC and is a loyal DC Sports Fan. Now based in the Northeast with his wife and two kids, he enjoys everything outdoors, including snowmobiling, skiing, motorcycle rides, wake surfing, and watching his teenage children play sports.
