Paul Brown

With almost two decades of experience in staffing and human capital management, Paul Brown has a proven track record of helping organizations navigate workforce challenges and align talent strategies with business goals. He also brings strong leadership philosophy shaped by years of coaching youth sports, where he emphasizes communication, adaptability, and team development.

In his role, Paul will lead Think’s human capital management division, overseeing talent strategy, client delivery, and business development efforts. He will work closely with clients to provide both traditional staffing solutions and end-to-end consulting services that address workforce and organizational challenges.

In 2006, Paul earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Notre Dame College in Ohio. He is based in Cleveland, Ohio, where he remains active in his community, including coaching youth basketball, football, and soccer.
