Previously, Alissa served as Director of Customer Transformation & Growth Strategy at PwC Strategy&, advising clients on growth, commercialization, and transformation. Earlier, as Managing Director at Sprosty Network, she built a consulting practice focused on driving market expansion and operational excellence through integrated go-to-market and execution models. Her background also includes senior leadership roles at GE Current and Constellation, where she led high-impact transformation programs and built cross-functional teams that improved efficiency, engagement, and customer outcomes.
