Matthew McCaffer has a history of managing sales teams that outperform expectations. McCaffer’s nearly 10 years of hands-on sales and leadership experience have taught him what works and what doesn’t work in modern-day selling, and thoroughly enjoys passing that knowledge on to his teams as well as clients seeking to accelerate their own sales performance.

He believes that all great sales processes share two foundational requirements that lead to long-term success: complete transparency throughout the entire sales process and an intentional approach designed to add value from the first introduction to post-project support. He is adept at designing and implementing internal processes that position his sales teams for success and prides himself on mentoring those he manages to reach their full potential.

McCaffer believes in a personalized approach to sales. He has meticulously studied and analyzed clients’ day-to-day operations, current financial standing, and executive strategy to tailor solutions that meet each organization’s unique needs. He believes too many salespeople try to sell before really understanding what is most important to their client.

McCaffer is based in Chicago. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry in 2014 from Lycoming College where he also served as captain for the men’s lacrosse program.
