Jose Roig brings over two decades of consulting and IT experience to Think’s leadership team. He has broad expertise in operational leadership and process improvement. He is also an experienced project manager and has led cross-functional teams in system selection, implementation, and maintenance for multiple business lines.

An optimist, Roig values positivity and transparency in his leadership style. He celebrates wins, big or small, and helps teams understand that despite obstacles, every day work is a step towards achieving a solution.

For Roig, listening and tackling issues with good humor is key to managing effective teams. His background in finance and healthcare IT provided him with the opportunity to learn how to manage highly technical projects and teams, provide in-depth analysis, and develop ways to mitigate risks to produce quality outcomes.

Roig believes in setting people up to win and advocates for his colleagues both in and out of the office. This methodology transcends to his work. Roig looks at each project not just a particular initiative, but an opportunity to advance an organization towards its goals. He believes projects are considered a success when it serves the greater good of the organization and individuals are recognized and grow in their careers.

Roig is based in Baltimore. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in economics in 1989 from Loyola University of Maryland.
