Gain insight on how to support increasing change and growth and learn how cognitive diversity can add value to your company.

About this event

We live in a complex ever changing world. The speed of change is forcing organizations to manage ambiguity, build resilience and cultivate innovation. Hybrid work is not going away and has added another layer of complexity that few foresaw three years ago. What worked in the past will not necessarily drive success in the future. It is critical for organizations to be intentional about who is on the team, how they are working together and what they are seeking to accomplish.

During this session you will gain valuable insight into:

  • Defining and measuring cognitive diversity
  • How cognitive diversity leads to team effectiveness
  • Understanding how different cognitive styles fit into the innovation cycle
  • Why process and systems are critical for problem solving
  • Developing a people strategy to support change and growth
